Shelly is a vestige from a previous short piece of mine, dealing with objectification of women and voiceless figures, but as well with solitude and how our own identities are built and reflected through the other. The development of this piece has been on the back burner, and it seemed somehow appropriate to give her life again during this time of quarantine.
